Well if Maskaev sues the WBC they might actually go under this time because this is an open and shut case. Regardless of what you think of Maskaev and Toney, the WBC made Oleg's fight with Sam for the #1 ranking in the WBC! Maskaev paid the sanctioning fee and won the fight so he should get Rahman next no matter what. I hope he does sue the WBC and puts them under because this Promoter buying title shots B.S. has got to end! Maskaev earned it, and Toney can wait a few months to fight the winner(Maskaev) of the fight!
