lots of ****** comments in this thread. marquez was overweight but he's not going to be stripped of his title and penalized if they proceed with the fight. that's the issue right there and that's cheating as clear as day. if mayol is to fight him, marquez should lose his title even if he comes out the winner plain and simple.

So where is the proof? If Marquez was over weight then why didn't the WBO strip him of his belt like they did to Eric Morales? It seems to me Team Mayol just didn't like what they saw and walked away from the fight. Did the WBO release a press release on this situation?
