The first family that pop into my mind were the five fighting Zivic brothers from back in the 30's & 40's. You had the former Welterweight champion, Fritzie, along with his brothers, Eddie, Pete, Jack & Charley.

And personally, I think the greatest brother comination may have been the two Gibbons brothers, Tommy & Mike.
