they are either on something or looking for a way out of the fight. i dont see what else it could be, posturing in negotiations to get other things their way perhaps but thats about it.

no fighter remotely convinced me even for a second when they made their lame excuses not to get tested. they are all duckers or cheaters, end of story.

If another fighter thinks a fighter is just using a drug test as an excuse to duck a fight all he has to do is just agree to the test and call his opponents bluff.

i'd like to see comissions mandate the testing. fighters are begginning to use it to leverage deals and apply pressure that might not have anything to do with drug users

blood test all big TV and world title fights. blood testing every sanctioned boxing match is out of the question. it is/can be very expensive.
it wouldn't be expensive to take the actual samples whatsoever. so they could take the samples of blood and then just test some of them, so long as the fighters/their camps have no way of telling which are being tested then it should do the trick

the bernard hopkins test demand was done at a press conference and not in the negotiations come on man you cant demand something after the contract with all the demands is signed!

if they were demanded in the negotiations then i wouldnt mind u putting him on the list

In a few years time OSDT will be standard for all world title fights and Mayweather will be credited as a fighter that helped make boxing a cleaner safer sport.

Pascal came out with "Wait is it too late to add in testing?" After the ink had already dried. Bernard had no obligation at that point to honor anything his opponent wanted.
