Pyscho analysing a poster on a boxing forum?

Does it get any sadder than that?

Once you study it for so long it kind of becomes second nature. Like taking acting class, watching a a film and judging acting, or training in boxing then watching a fight and judging. Just happens.

I am suprised they are a few that think he has. I imagine there even a few that might think Mayweather wasn't carefully chosing his opponents his whole career too. Blind to the obvious I suppose!

Why are we acting like Gatti at that point was such a bad fight????? Had Floyd fought Tszyu in late 2004, people would have just said "he was coming off a long layoff, wasn't the same guy". Tszyu beat Mitchell. Tszyu and Floyd were both looking to fight Gatti, the WBC champ. Gatti wasn't prime anymore, but he had some good wins going into the Floyd fight. He'd beaten Branco, Dorin, and Leija, and his only loss since the Oscar fight was a controversial and close one to Ward, which he avenged twice right after that.

I remember back in 2005 there were reports that Floyd-Tszyu was being negotiated to happen after Tszyu-Hatton and Mayweather-Gatti. Floyd beat Gatti's a$$ and Tszyu lost to Hatton, who Floyd beat in 07' anyway. Oh well, s**t happens.

Why is Tszyu so overrated on these forums??? Yes, he was a great fighter, not an ATG, but really good. But, how did Kostya Tszyu get into the HOF so easily??? He only had to wait 6 years to get it, where as an ATG like Joe Walcott had to wait 37 years....???

Compare the resume's of Tszyu, Hatton, Corrales, Genaro, and Castillo, pretty similar.

Tszyu's win over Chavez Sr shouldn't even count, he was way way way past it. Hatton's win over Castillo doesn't really count either, by the time 07' rolled around, JLC was way past it.

Tszyu's top wins: Huge Pineda, Roger Mayweather, Jan Piet Bergman, Rafael Ruelas, Miguel Angel Gonzalez, Julio Cesar Chavez Sr (way way way past it), Sharmba Mitchell, Oktay Urkal, Zab Judah, Jesse James Leija.

Hatton's top wins: Michael Stewart, Kostya Tszyu, Carlos Maussa, Luis Collazo, Juan Urango, Jose Luis Castillo (way way way past it), Juan Lazcano, and Paulie Malignaggi.

            G. Hernandez' top wins: Daniel Londas, Yuji Watanabe, Raul Perez, Jorge Paez, Azumah Nelson, Anatoly Alexandrov, Carlos Hernandez, and Carlos Gerena.

Corrales' top wins: Gary St Clair, Roberto Garcia, Derrick Gainer, Justin Juuko, Angel Manfredy, Joel Casamayor, Acelino Freitas, and Jose Luis Castillo.

Castillo's top wins: Jorge Paez, Stevie Johnston, Cesar Bazan, Juan Lazcano, Joel Casamayor, Julio Diaz, Diego Corrales, and Herman Ngoudjo.

If Tszyu got into the HOF that easily, I definitely think Castillo and Corrales can get it, with the wins they have. And Ricky Hatton beat Tszyu H2H and when Tszyu was the #1 JWW in the world. How is Tszyu's resume all that much better than those guys???

              Right again.

Tszyu with the layoffs and the surgeries was never an available fight for Floyd. It was always going to be either Gatti or a Mitchell rematch for Tszyu.

Oh, Cotto got KTFO in the Manny fight? I must have missed that part when Manny KO'd him. Im gonna have to go back and rewatch that.
Please make a case as to who is the #1 154 pounder.. I cant wait to here it.

I was being facetious. I was responding to the guy who said Tyszu got KTFO by Phillips. Realistically they both got stopped on their feet

I think Sergio is still the best 154lber. I think a lot of guys at 154 could beat Cotto at this stage.

I would actually love to hear any case for why Cotto is the best at 154.

                  So I can laugh

Sad part is that it isn't even that deep.

When one is dull and boring enough they become extremely predictable and so does everything they write.

Its more of an amusing observation than any psycho-analysis.

If I were wrong then you would have gone more than a few minutes before falling right into line with how you were so easily summed up.

                      Just another day on NSB.
