Does your prediction of a fight ever change when the fighter enters the ring?

Does it ever happen to you?

It happened to me 3 times that I could remember..

Hatton-Tszyu...before the fight I predicted either Tszyu knocks him out early or Hatton stops him late..

When the entrances started I predicted Tszyu by EARLY KO..

Morales-Raheem, when I saw Raheem enter, I thought he was too determined...

    I was right

    Juarez-Soto
When Soto entered I predicted him..

Do you guys ever get a change of heart minutes before the fight?

Hatton/Tsyzu...When the walked in imo, Tszyu seemed very off. And I thought then that Ricky was going to give him ALOT of trouble.

But I wouldn't have thought that he'd get stopped.

Roy jones JR i felt was gonna beat tarver in there rematch but after i saw roy before the fight, acting all cheesy and chumy with everyone in the crowd, it let me know that he wasnt gonna do what it took to win.

I also liked Hamed chances before the barrera fight, but during his ring entrance, i am not sure if it made me want him to lose or if it made me think he was gonna lose. Either way he lost

        Kirk Johnson vs. Vitali Klitschko.

I picked Kirk Johnson to beat him at first. Then I saw Kirk the Hutt show up and I was laughing my ass off. Immediately I had no doubt that he wasn't beating anybody. Was actually surprised he made it into the 2nd round with how fat he was. I know opponents were changed on him, but damn, he must've gone on a massive eating binge after that.

Seriously, download that fight if you can find it with the ring entrances. Kirk Johnson waddles out, then before entering the ring, he looks out to the crowd and nods twice. I was almost rolling on the floor laughing it was so ridiculous. Then I was pissed and cussing his fat ass out. "You fat ****! You're letting this ***** ****** get another win!"

I never said it, but I somehow knew Morales was gonna lose once I saw him in the ring against Raheem. HE LOOKED FAT

I also picked Kirk Johnson to beat Vitali til I saw how fat he was.

Those are the only 2 times I recall swallowing and thinking, daaaaaaaamn was I wrong.

Tarver vs. Jones II. I didn't expect it to be a one-punch second round KO obviously, but the look of absolute certainity on Tarver's face was unmistakable. Then it cuts to Roy and his face is full of doubt.

De La Hoya-Sturm. I hadn't seen the weigh-in, but when I saw De La Hoya's paunch I nearly shat myself.

                    No.

I have learned over the years to not listen to all the hype and drama that goes with a fight.

For example, never pick Rahman to win a fight.
