well one, pacman fought for a 154 lb title with a 150 lb catchweight included. and he fought an unranked fighter in that weight class. people are asking martinez to fight a bute or ward. unfortunately there isn't anyone that good at LMW that can be equivalent to bute or ward, but just imagine, pac fighting the no. 1 or no. 2 LMW, he hasn't.
another thing is not every fighter is the same, some can't jump weight classes like others. mayweather's done it overtime as well, it wasn't like he was fighting in different weight classes every 4-6 months. martinez is also a lot older, losing or putting on weight for him would be more crucial than to someone like pacman. and he's slim/fit at 157, if he went down to 150, he'd be drained. and if he went up to try and match SMW and weigh around 164 at weigh ins to try and close the size difference, he'd be too heavy to perform at his best.
hbo nor martinez has never even included martinez and canelo in the same sentence, it's only chavez jr. and he's a top rank fighter, he's protected as is. hbo knows that's one of their moneymakers, of course they'd be biased.

      Fail!

By your logic Ricky Hatton is a natural Heavy Weight then right.

Ugh, and using a Pwill quote as proof of Martinez' 200 lbs.

        Lol, this.

And sorry for wall of text. It gets out of hand when you're on a phone.

Also, someone made a good point in Martinez having to hit 164 to make up the diff. 7-8 pounds doesn't sound like a lot, but it is when weight cutting, etc is involved. Good point.

LOL. . . So I guess we should take Lou's word on how much Sergio "walks around at", rather than using THE ONLY piece of concrete evidence we have? Well, there's also the pictures from the beginning of Sergio's training camp back in January, and he clearly looks to be every bit of 180 pounds.

Sergio is a FULL BLOWN MW. . . He tried his hardest, and came in two pounds under the limit, big deal, fighters do that all the time. . . Doesn't mean it was easy to get there. . .

Sergio is a full blown MW now. . . Or a HUGE Jr. MW. . . He could EASILY fight at 164 pounds. At the very least, the difference between Martinez and Ward is nowhere near the difference between Pac/Floyd and Sergio.

This PWN (of Lou, Sergio, and his nuthuggers) has been brought to you by UGLYPUG. THAT"S ALL! THANKS!

ah wait, but there's more! Remember when Sergio beat Pavlik and he was both the 154 pound WBC Champ AND the 160 pound WBC champ? If he was so much more natural at 154 (and obviously there was a lot better fights to be had there), THEN RIDDLE ME THIS: why did he choose to hold on to the 160 pound belt? AND MOREOVER, since his next fight was against Dzinz, the 154 pound WBO champ, WHY DID SERGIO make him COME UP to 160? Why was it not a PROPER UNIFICATION?!

ONCE AGAIN! THIS PWN (of cue ball headed Lou, Sergio, and his nuthuggers) has been brought to you by UGLYPUG! *exposing Lou's lies one at a time* That's all! Thanks Steroidgio nuthuggers!

Well Martinez has moved up in weight.

And, not all great fighters have moved up.

This will dispell Martinez weight 157 eating steak and potatoes -

Martinez's motives for fighting the smaller guys was flawed and people see that. The Floyd haters just wanna see Floyd lose a fight at any cost and they feel that Martinez is the one who can satisfy thier cravings. Not because of his skills but only because of the weight and power advantage he would have going into the fight. They are not interested in seeing a battle between two equally matched opponents, instead they long for the destruction of Mayweather.

I can understand that cause haters gon hate. I dont wanna see Ward and Martinez because not only would Ward have a weight advantage, he would also have a skill advantage. It just amuses me to see the shoe on the other foot and listen to the haters whinning like a rusted motor. Dont start none, wont be none.

uglypug unleashing some serious hate on martinez, haha. keep hating bro, you're only making yourself look like a fool. martinez was an interm wbc LMW belt holder, when he beat pavlik he became the wbo/wbc and ring MW champ. why would he drop all those belts to go back down to 154 where he couldn't get fights he wanted to get before? he ended giving that belt up, and guess who got it next? pac against margarito. a week before he fought for that bogus title, martinez rematched williams. did you forget they rematched? you're acting like dzinziruk came right away after pavlik. he fought dzinziruk because hbo didn't accept martinez/zbik even though zbik would later go on to fight on hbo for the same title but against hypejob chavez jr.

and you constantly bringing up the 30 day weigh in. pac weighed 153 a week before the mosley fight. dibella said martinez was 154 during fight week.
Last week, he was walking around at 153 lbs. We are bringing his weight down this week as May 7 approaches. It is easy for Manny to lose weight once we start making dietary adjustments.

and you're an idiot if you think ward/martinez size difference isn't much. ward's a big SMW. you're probably just trolling though, i doubt you're really this ****** to believe what you type.
