It was sold out they didn't use the whole MSG just a small venue.

It sold out at the very end. If that fight was in the Garden and not the Theater, it still probably would have only sold 5,500-6,000 at the most.

I really doubt Floyd would give Sergio even an 80-20 split. If they did fight, 80-20/85-15, I see nothing wrong with that. Floyd, IF THEY FOUGHT, would fight him at 154. The only time Floyd fought at a CW was against Marquez, that's Floyd going down in weight and Marquez going up. I highly doubt Floyd would fight Cotto at 154 and than Sergio at 150. Sergio weighed in at 157 1/2 for this fight. I say Floyd fights him a couple lbs above 154 for the Lineal MW title. F**k it, or just fight him at 160. He's not that much bigger than Victor Ortiz really.

uhh he's fighting Cotto at 154...why wouldn't u just ask for 154 first instead of giving him 150, that's something u can use to negotiate later if he doesn't agree. Hell if I were Martinez I'd offer the fight to Floyd at 155 and put the MW belt up for grabs...give some more incentive for Floyd to fight him than just money. And btw 20%....you'd be lucky to get 20% of the purse...Ortiz got 10% in his fight and he's a pretty good draw. Don't even think about getting PPV money when u haven't had a single PPV fight. Martinez walks away with 5mil tops

Martinez don't care about losing, especially at 150-154 because if he loses he can just go back to 160 and still be the Champion (if they don't strip him for moving down), he is just looking for BIG PAYDAYS!

I would love to see it though, it is a fight in which many people would "DOUBT" Mayweather going into this fight and I think he needs fights like that if he wants to ENHANCE his Legacy

I think Mayweather would Pick Martinez apart though, when Martinez is not the Fastest Guy In The Ring, I think the fight will be different and a lot of his Weakness WILL BE EXPOSED, but for now, nobody at 160 is good enough to Expose his Weaknesses

This fight belongs at MW! Not a pound less. SM has no belts at 154. That 160 belt would be where its at if this aint a money fight. which it isnt. 160 or no fight at all.
