Yes I agree some are only here to try and piss others off but I sense that some do hate sergio when it's almost impossible to hate such a stand-up guy.

Sergio himself has fought fighters bigger than him and noone complained, but you are right some here don't like noone and I mean NO ONE calling out their favorite boxer.

I like Sergio as a fighter and person I just have that gut feeling he will lose against Jr. Not because Jr. is better but will be so much bigger I think Sergio is a class act even when he's arrogant and ****y. He gets hate because he called out fighters that have a huge following and are smaller than him. I can see good fights between Cotto and May but at the end of the day he is still the bigger guy.

He is a cherry-picking coward who has been ducking Chavez for years, but I don't hate him. In fact that's why I support his decision to avoid Chavez and fight part-time janitors and 147lb goatfarmers - I don't want to see him get hurt and Julio "Sugar" Chavez would obliterate him.

It doesn't matter if you're a good guy outside of the ring. When you're considered to be the best in your division then a whole lots of fans want to see you fail and criticize your every move...it happens to everyone.

Anyways, He should just forget about Floyd, Pac and Cotto those fights won't be made so no need to call them out anymore. Peronally I'd like to see him fight a top name from the super middleweight division (Maybe catch weight). Andre Dirrell said he would be interested to fight Martinez.

What has he donefor anyone to hate him?? He is a good boxer, has great wins, legitimate top lbxlb. Helps out around the community, campaigns against bullying and domestic violence. He is extremely handsome and is 37 years old (rep for the older dudes)...

I don't understand he would be a great role model for the kiddos.
