Poll:@Floyd Haters, will you still hate him if he had a lovable personality?

Curious as to the primary reason Floyd haters hate him.

Say Floyd still hate taking riskes, and at time still fight super cautious and in a boring sort of way.

BUT, his personality total changes. He's incredibly humble, non stop charity work, one wife no domestic abuse, shows love to his family, smiles all the time, great interviews, always be a gentleman even when Larry Merchant pushes him, priases everyone. Etc just basically the perfect human being.


Will you still hate him for ducking hard fights and not fighing Pac, or your opinion changes.

to me it's actually his personality.


Like the way he talked on Jime Rome show once time, how he indirectly mocked Ali saying 'what's so 'great' about standing there and taking punishment against the ropes' and basically totally disrespecting the man. That turned me off against him.



I did sort of liked him again when he said Lennox Lewis will school the Klitschkos prime for prime.

But that's common sense even ******s know.

i dont hate boxers for watever attitudes they have unless maybe they start shooting innocent people then thats a different story

but i start hating a boxer if he starts cherrypicking and call himself the best

but see. that's his PERSONALITY. So you do hate floyd for personality alone.

Because 'he start calling himself the best' that's ego and ****iness. IF he was super humble never called himself the best, even say Manny's better. But still fight the way he fights and win and is undefeated.. I think you will not even dislike him.

my biggest beef with floyd is 2 fold

1 - the most vile and racist ustream video in history

2 - making false allegations against another fighter to duck him

And in both these cases the guy hes targeting has never said a negative thing towards him

Stuff like him running red lights and calling his own father a f@ggot also makes him look like a scumbag

If he was a likeable guy, there would have never been the need to ask this question.

If he was a likeable guy, would you feel the need to defend him and him ask why people don't like him yet they should because he is the American one and Americans should back him up?

I have never and will never care what an athlete does outside of the ring, it means nothing. They are an athlete and their job is to perform, that's all I care about and that's the only thing I judge them on. TBH, Floyd is a saint compared to many athletes of the past. I just never really understood why people get caught up with the out of the ring/field stuff. It isn't like any of these guys are your buds, so why care how they act?

his personality is just an add on to how cowardly of a fighter he his. The only respect he gets from me is the same respect all fighters get. Just for being a fighter. The kind of fighter he is...the class the style the ducking, the not being able to back up what he says....and so on.....blah blah blah...hes a bum.
