I agree with Hopkins winning but it's not an easy pick, it's not a 100% sure pick. More like a 60/40 or along those lines.

Pryor. He beats most people at 140 I think.
People I think give Pryor problems at 140:

    Pacquiao
    Delahoya
    Duran
    Mayweather

It's too bad the division is considered not much more than a leapfrog division to 147.

Tito vs Hearns is easy, slugfest between arguable the 2 biggest punchers ever at WW, Tito could take a big shot Hearns can't. Tito wins inside of 5 rounds

Fights I always struggle with are:
            Hopkins vs McCallum
            Barrera vs Sanchez
            Wlad vs Ali
Pacquiao vs prime Mosley(135 or 147 doesn't matter)

margarito is too hittable... and not exactly a hard hitter... he just does not have hearns' speed and power or duran's skills and high boxing IQ instrumental in beating cuevas...

a hittable guy against one of the best punchers ever is almost not a fair fight...

margarito's courage (and chin) can tide him at least through rounds 7th to 10th, but he would eventually get beat either by stoppage or by kissing the canvas...

Great chin almost always beats great power Margarito KO's Cuevas 9/10
