Yeah, 154 would be no problem for Sergio as it turns out.

He's a 154lb fighter naturally and the artificial weight he put on can be cut no problem.

LOL @ people believing Martinez isn't a natural MW, and is a natural 154 pounder. . Dude is a full blown MW. . . HE DOES NOT WALK AROUND @ 165 pounds. . . Does anybody not remember the pictures posted (from a BS article) back in mid- late january? martinez looked every bit of 180 pounds. . . MOREOVER, he weighed in at 176 pounds 30 DAYS OUT from a weigh-in?!!! That means even after a solid month or two of training camp, HE WAS STILL 176 pounds. . .

Im sure he can make 154, but he'll be drying himself out pretty bad.

LOL, he's not a natural MW, far from it. The guy is more of a Jr. MW than a MW. His last fight, he was was like 2 pounds short of MW on weigh-in.

He could easily make 154. Hopefully Kirkland is ready to fight Martinez after Molina if he wins. That's the most interesting doable fight in the division.

This would be fun while it lasted...I honestly don't see Kirkland making it more than a few rounds.
