As reported earlier on BoxingScene.com, the British Boxing Board of Control have withdrawn Dereck Chisora's license following his behavior in Munich last month, deeming him "not a fit and proper person" to hold one.

I hope the MGM grand reference means he's fighting Arreola in the Mayweather undercard. I've been salivating for this fight.

I highly doubt Nevada grants Chisora a license. Nevada was the first to follow California and the ABC's lead into the Margarito thing so Arum had to call his buddy, Jerry Jones, to get Texas involved. And because Nevada has grown very conservative and ethical these days, I can't see how they wouldn't reciprocate a much more prestigious body like the British Control Board. So for Chisora it's a second rate jurisdiction like Texas if he's fighting on US soil at all. Good luck Chisora, and I don't necessarily mean in the ring I mean with your bi-polar, mental issues of making claims about shooting people and burning them alive. Adrenaline pumping post fight or not, you have a lot of rehab to do before any jurisdiction can "trust" a crazy person as all jurisdictions and venues have to carry liability insurance and right now, you are simply NOT an insurable risk both from a civil suit side and even a criminal one if you ever did follow up on those "murderous" words. Basically you're screwed!

I didn't realise he did 12 weeks in prison for his assault on girlfriend.

Anyway I also feel that he will wait 3 months or so, do good things in his area and then re apply. Even though he was at fault for stepping up to Haye, he didn't really throw a punch, he just touched Haye.

Chisora and Arreola would be pretty exciting.
