Chavez is the star the attraction the money guy. Chavez has the fans the appeal the charisma while martinez brings zero to the table. I see 70-30 split going chavez's way as the mexican is brings all the attention and the fan support to the fight. martinez is so overrated it is funny.

Chavez-Martinez won't happen because Sergio has no fan base at all. They'd rather fight people like Manfredo and Rubio, who have HUGE fan bases, and sell out arenas all across the globe.

To be fair to Mandredo, he does actually have a big fanbase. Just no in Texas. He has sold out places before because people know him from the contender. Last year his fight got the highest ratings on FNF.

both these fighters are good but, not that good.
chavez is a protected fighter in my view because of daddy being some kind of hero in mehiho and it would be dishonourable for him to lose before winning 9 million fights against a bunch of nobodies first.
martinez will have faced two of our domestic fighters by the weekend back to back and this does not boost his credibilty in my book.
