Loads of stuff happens at weigh ins and press confrences and lets face it if he hadnt fought haye he'd prob be getting a shot at wlad and loads of folk would watch as they want to see drama. He got fined something like 50 grand for the weigh in slap, you cant punish someone twice for the same thing.
I get what your saying about that its good to build hype. But they have to do it within the rules and laws.
IMO spitting, brawling and ***** slapping have no place in the sport
mayweather is an example, he promotes his fights better than anyone, without the breaching the rules and law.
Anyone that condones that behaviour, is Wrong. No excuse for it.
They are athletes, Its a sport, we should respect that.
Mayweather tried to strangle Ortiz at his last weigh-in
haha,
well, i have to hand it to you, your very consistent with the insults.
But seriously, maybe i am over-reacting he assaulted wlad and vlad prior to the fight, and then was involved in a brawl post fight. His behaviour was illegal.
Me and you have different view points, but, at least we can agree that he should be punished.
A bigger street threat? What is Chisora a one-man army? King Kong? Give me a break lol. Khan is talking about him like he is going to single-handedly wreak havoc across the UK, cmon. Because he slapped someone in the face, than spit water on someone he is a dangerous menace to society? He is just a dip-****, nothing more.
Im sure i heard chisora saying if he gets banned hes going n a shooting spree in david hayes gym. This is heavy ****.
As far as the gun threats from Chisora go, I suppose we can all speculate about how serious he was when he said it.
However, David Haye certainly took it seriously....serious enough that he packed his bags and flew out to Las Vegas....a move which I believe was clearly geared towards having some kind of assistance from Roger Mayweather....specifically regarding the Black Mamba's knowledge of something he calls...."that A-side meth ****".
The thing is, everyone in or around the british boxing scene has known about Chisora and his reputation for quite a while now, and while the general public have taken a curious interest because of the media frenzy in the aftermath of all the BS in Germany, there will probably be more tales told in the papers or fighters being quoted on stuff like Amir Khan has today....it will go on for quite some time because many people in the trade have witnessed or known someone who has. Of course, Chinese whispers can account for some, but not for most of them. Johnny Oliver has probably been involved with hundreds of lads who found boxing as a means to straighten themselves out, yet even he had to walk away.
It can sometimes be a little easy for young fighters who grow up in tough areas to get pulled into things they shouldn't, perhaps a victim of their surroundings, but Chisora apparently was born into a very wealthy family, and enjoyed priviledged circumstances during both his early life in Zimbabwe and after relocating to London. With that in mind, you can perhaps say that Del boy is just one of those guys who seem to find trouble no matter where they go, although not by accident.
Yeah hes ****ed in the head. I never heard of him before the Fury fight but then read (after the Haye incident) that hes bitten a guy in the ring and beaten his woman and all of this other stuff.
chisora does not possess the necessary traits to mingle with civilized people and act accordingly in a tame manner as a civilized being. keep Chisora away from public venues and decent people.
