The better man won the first time, and he should win again this time hopefully more decisively to shut up all the crybabies. Khan is the star but Peterson is just better. He has more things he can do. He can box, apply pressure, do great body work, and counter pretty well to. His defense is better then Khan's too, he rolled with a lot of the shots Khan was throwing.
Just like Salido vs Lopez, it was a case of a unrated fighter vs a overrated fighter. Peterson has fought a better level of competion then Khan as a pro. He hasn't had TR or GBP to protect him.
