Top Rank sucks but this is not their fault. Gamboa called Rios out, fight was made, he even gave hotel room request for him and his team for the press conferences. Gamboa just never showed and is having second thoughts. If he doesn't agree he should not have mentioned Rios or go as far as he did in making this fight

Some high-profiled duck must have whispered something to this Gamboa guy. This poor guy must have been promised something. Who would act as arrogant and brass as Gamboa did to back out of a fight he initiated and agreed to verbally and go as far as wasting people's time and money just like that?
