Fought a guy who was 12-3 in his debut and went to a guy with a 10-2 record's hometown in his 3rd, 10-0 fighter in his 5th

Boxrec numbers don't always tell the whole story.

I do wish this guy the best of luck in his future endevours though, which I hope he's already taken up.

whats crazy though is if you run into these guys in a gym, theyre very good. 300+fights is still 300 fights and they know alll the tricks of the trade in boxing

Losing as a necessity I can totally understand.

What's funny though is how do you explain losing to someone with over 200 losses. Lol

Poor Alexandru he was a pro for like 10 yrs without a win.....

If I was Vitali before I retire i'd give Reggie Strickland (276 loss guy) a shot. Even at a catchweight and roll over and lose. lol

These guys made a living and got to see the world, when an opponent is brought in to lose, these are the wins on that opponent's record.

He fought double digit times a year and multiple times a month, sometimes within a week of his last fight. He fought 9 times in a month twice and 3 fights within 4 days!
And surprisingly, only KO'd 25 times out of his 276 losses
Just read because he goes into super survival mode and does it for the money....which is probably why he's been banned in a couple of states
                      Michael Buffer:

" And in the blue corner, with 66 victories, 14 big wins by way of knockout and only 276 losses, the pride of Indiana, REGGGIIIIEEE STRICKLAAAAND."
