I know Derek a bit from training at Finchley, in fact I was there the first day he walked through the door and saw him pick boxing up from scratch. I can honestly say that in my experience, he was never a bully or a bad guy, in fact he was nice to have around, always cracking a joke and trying to skive a little, but supportive to his gym mates and and a good natured person. I think this statement is far more like the true Derek, the idea of him shooting anyone is ridiculous, he's no more a gangster than Barry McGuigan for example or many many boxers who devoted their life to training - he was just running his mouth off on pure adrenaline and dont forget Haye had just tried to beat him half to death. Moreover he's done himself immense credit in the ring and its amazing how far he's come. I just hope he keeps his head down now so that the general public at large can see him how he really is.

Chisora is a G. A Tough SOB for sure and one every HW should aim to be like. Although he is obviosuly a few cans short of a six pack he does give the HW scene a big shot of intrigue. People will watch him fight all the time as they will never know if he is about to explode lol I cant wait for him to fight again.

This is a man admitting that he can't control his impulses to physically react & NOT once mentioning the fact that he needs help.... it's always an outside source.. The Klitschko's Haye.. opponents.. This dude can't control himself any more than Tyson could.. he just covers it up with sane behavior in between epidodes of madness.. sort of the way Dennis Rodman did before him.. there was three separate incidents where he couldn't control himself against the last three recognized heavyweight titlists in a 24 hr period.. he's exhibited similar behavior before as well with taunting & kissing his opposition to knibbling on there ears.. Too much recent history to ignore & Chisora has no excuses for them.. expect maximum punishment as he will be made an example of by the powers that be.

One is NEVER running away when one is throwing & landing more shots (which includes power shots & jabs).. btw 46 DIFFERENT NAMES have succumbed to the SAME exact fate.. whether Vitali is punching from a forward stance a sideway stance or a backward stance... This is a boxing record that WILL Never come close to being approached

If the one making him run is doing better work.. then i will support your spaztik theory but until then just think of Vitali as a matador ambassador.. taming a wild bull coming towards him.

When Vitali supposedly 'runs' he makes the fighters who are pressuring him CRY OR GET BANNED afterwards... so ANYONE trying this technique & using it as a blueprint in the future.. be prepared to face the consequences.
