I am Puertorican but I have to say that Juanma is not the same fighter. I have not seemed a resilient Juana that used to be boxing and giving his foes a bad night. I do understand that he is having problems within his family. However, a good fighter should focus in his mistakes therefore he could make a better fight. My opinion is that Juanma should retire or he should change his trainer. Salido is a good fighter and I will strongly recommend him to stay as featherweight champion and strongly defend his title.

Juanma has always been the same defenseless fighter. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. If he stopped trying to be the next trinidad he could of been great.

Have to disagree. I think this is just a case of "some guys just have your number". Same situation with Mosley and Forrest. Mayorga kills Vernon only to have Shane make easy work of Ricardo.

I actually picked juanma to avenge sat night, but salido just has his number. lopez is a warrior, but he's just not as durable as salido. i wonder where lopez goes from here...

yeah crushing power that barely lands.

juanma was missing with a lot of his shots.

even the ones that landed weren't landing square.


salido always landed a solid shot in every exchange.


just a wild guess...... but maybe it's because salido bobs and ducks while juanma stands upright like a statue?

What a great fight!!! Would watch a third fight just for the action... although the outcome will be the same. Props to both fighters.
