Gamboa vs Salido II. Improbability or possibility?

Gamboa vs Rios might as well be announced canceled.

What is Gamboa's next move and will Salido even be considered as an opponent?

Salido has a title at featherweight, no reason to rise two weights to lose a fight.

So Gamboa is officially a lightweight?

Gambao's next move is to either face Rios or have his pants sued off of him and be shelved for a very long time.

            Gamboa is going to fight.

Lets look at this from a objective point of view.

            He doesnt fight:

            Gets Sued.
Will End UP not fighting for at least 2 years
Then Get feed the the wolves. (he wont be prime Gamboa by the time they let him fight again)

            He fights:
            keep his pride intact
toprank might take pitty and keep milking him on big fights (means he makes money too)

No need for that fight IMO.

Salido already got smacked around, dropped a couple of times and out-classed in general by Gamboa. Both guy's have better fights to be made for them.

I agree, Gamboa has bigger fish to fry. As for Salido, maybe Mikey Garcia will have a shot next.

Interesting, so you re not dismissing the possibility of Rios v Gamboa happening. What I'm curious to know is how much longer Gamboa is 'signed' with TR/Arena promotions.

                    From what I've been told;

2013 with Top Rank, which isn't too bad.

2016 with Arena though, which isn't too good.
