Physically it might not be the same Froch, he's got an iron jaw but flush shots take their toll on every fighter and Froch has taken a lot of them.

Mentally, he's a proud man who will be desperate to win in front of his fans, so if he doesn't manage it he'll go out on his shield.

Pascal jabbing Bute for fighting a worn down Froch but there may be truth to that statement

Froch looked awfully slow against Ward might have just been a complaiment to Ward or maybe he's gaining a bit too many miles on those legs either or Bute will be Too Much.

Pascal tells it like it is. The tournament guys beat the crap out of each other for several years while Bute fought cab drivers in canada waiting for them to wear each other out.

People gave Ward **** for saying that Bute did not deserve to fight him, but he didnt! Bute didnt beat anybody!, so just having an undefeated record when you fought bums makes you deserving to fight the winner of the tournament while you sat it out and he took on wear and tear from fighting the best? Bute is garbage and Froch will expose him to the few Butetards out there who think he is something great.

I kinda have to side with Pascal on this one.

Before when he was coming up Froch was fighting for glory. He left it all in the ring against Andre Ward. From this fight onwards it will be all about the money.

I really think someone drugged Froch prior to the Ward fight. No kidding, if you look at his performance he looked like he had never trained at all. Slow, wide punches and all his movements were lethargic in general. After the fight he even said that he couldn't really explain what happened that he was in the best shape of his life but he just felt "tight" and couldn't get his punches off.

Then we have Ward who refuses to fight Bute (because the fight wouldn't be in Cali and they wouldn't be able to play their games in Canada). I think Froch will look far better than he did in the Ward fight but he will lose to the much better boxer.

I really think that Bute is the best SMW in the world and no one wants to fight him for that reason. Of course no one will admit to it but he will pick Froch apart and this will further isolate him from Ward. Dirrell is a scrub who should just stay out of the game because he will never fight Ward or Bute.

Froch of course looked like against Ward, that's what happens when you're in the ring against a faster more fundamentally sound boxer. Same thing happened when he fought Dirrell - he looked amateurish in that fight, and still snuck out with the win.
