Good stoppage by the ref. JuanMa needed to say down for a couple seconds, gather himself and then get up so he doesn't stagger into the ref and force the stoppage.
What? The guy was out, his legs were gone! I'm glad the ref stopped it before Salido killed him.

The fight was over before it started. Glad Salido got clarification that it wasnt a fluke like people said. Juanma has never been the same after the Mtagwa fight...then again I thought he was always avoiding Gamboa. Never was high on him like Cotto...but he took his beating and whined about it. Where does he go from here? Latin Fury card.lol

RIP Juanmanuel Lopez. Career over at the age of 28. Arum gonna keep protecting him? Maybe just a little to make some money of off his PR fans since he no longer has Cotto. Arum has to go to his backup backup prospect now since there's no Gamboa and Juanma well... on the downhill. And that would be Mikey Garcia.

Funny thing is, everyone saw this outcome coming and the robbery if it went to the cards but there was still some blind fans out there in denial like Juanma. I also think Juanma became the new Khan with that post fight interview he dished out. Or we can all be modest and just blame it on the brain damage he suffered. Funny thing is, couple days ago he said he had no excuse for losing the first fights, days later he said he was too heavy and some more days later after the fight he blames the ref HAHAHAHA.

Lopez should retire. The accumulated damage he's taken, if continued, will inevitably lead to a severe case of pugilistic dementia. He's done

Great fight. Wonderful fight! Salido has a great style for Juanma... They compliment eachother. However, do not predict for him to dominate the division. An effective counter puncher will expose Salido.

Salido better not take a third fight especially in PR. Orlando needs to man up and make his own demands cuz he is the champion.

Juan Manuel Lopez.....aka the next Fernando Vargas and Ricardo Mayorga.

Oh and Salido won't fight Lopez again, what for??? He already KO'd him twice and whupped him even worse the 2nd time around. I had that fight 88-82 at the time of stoppage, giving Lopez the 5th in a 10-8 round, that's it.

Salido should fight Garcia and Caballero, and if he actually pulls that off as well, move up to 130. Orlando Salido validated his career tonight as a good fighter. Marquez and Gamboa get mad props for beating him.

What would happen if Juanma linked up with cottos trainer???
He would get knocked out Cotto looked sluggish and slow against Margarito. Only thing is Margarito looked even worse lol.

Lopez lost fans today, not just from getting KO'd again...but for his post-fight comments. Nothing worse than a sore loser. Is it possible to KO yourself after being KO'd??

Gonna be a rough year for Puerto Rican boxing fans. If I were them I'd bet on Floyd and root for Cotto. Win-Win!!

What a freaking fight. This was a great entertaining fight. Both fighters should heart, but juanma is in denial. Salido has his number, period. Straight rights, counter hooks n uppers. It was a battle of wills and juanmas jaw was cracked again. Great fight. Cant wait to see mikey Garcia step it up another notch too.
