Comments Thread For: Salido vs. Lopez 2: The Trainers Prediction Roundtable

Ronnie Shields (Salido): “Man. You know what, watching that first fight, I think that was the second time I’d seen Salido, and the way he put it on Lopez, even if Lopez didn’t have weight problems, I don’t think he can beat Salido. Salido just has his number. Salido, with the pressure that he applies, and just the way he catches punches and fires right back, he keeps the pressure on Lopez.

I've been going back and forth over this. Lopez is so talented I want to pick him, but Salido pretty emphatically beat him the first time.

Salido is an underdog at most sports books. Might be a good idea to lay some money on him.

Salido fought a hard, tough fight the first time. He's not afraid of Lopez. The only thing Lopez had was his power to rely on.

                can lopez outbox salido?

thats what you have to ask yourself
can he box? is he that type of fighter?

i dont think so. i think he's going to get into another gunfight and he's going to lose

salido in 8 in another gunfight
