Yeah, Bob's a smart guy and knows exactly what he's doing. I believe he is the sole reason Pac has not fought Mayweather because Pac would have signed the contract(s) regardless the share, testing, venue etc.

Pac is a fighter and that is what he does, obviously he's not too smart with contracts or money. It's the people around Pac and well Floyd is now just trying to be extra greedy but its still the people around Pac not allowing the fight to take place. Pac would have been signed the contract just to fight... because that's what he is good at.

I hope they get all up in Pac's business to find out exactly what is going on and I hope they find all kinds of issues with Top Rank/Bob Arum. Hopefully it would allow Pac to break contract/ties with him. That would be best for Pac and boxing..... (mayweather too).

You maybe right. Yhen again...The negoations from Floyd were really unrealistic. Bob or no Bob...nobody will take that low of a cut. 50/50 or 70/30 to winner is a fair deal!
As for his finances... Somebody is taking advantage of something. Im sure Manny will get to the bottom of it. Just hope the people he trust in isnt the ones fu8king him at the same time! Thats usually how it works

VisionQwest even loaned Manny Pacquiao money in order to help buy a house for advisor, Michael Koncz.

          WTF ??

He can still hire them. And he should, while he still has money-making potential.

They would make sure to get his house in order and set it up so that he can retire comfortably.

If Arum truly has Manny's best interests at heart then he should have no problem with a professional accounting firm with the reputation of Ernst and Young taking care of Pac's finances.

What you said is the problem. Pac doesn't make thrice what Cotto makes. Arum will tell the media that Pacquaio is making $15 or $20 million in a fight, but the contract will say $6 million. This has happened severla times and gullible Pac fans believe every word that Arum or anyone from the Pac camp says. If the contract says that a fighter is guaranteed $6 million, he is only guaranteed $6 million. Any amount he gets beyond that $6 million is not guaranteed, in spite of what Arum says. There is no reason to sign two different contacts as Arum claims. That comment from Arum that he doesn't list everything Pac gets paid in the contract, but only lists what he gives him the night of the fight is bullspit! If Pac sells as many PPVs as Mayweather, he should be paid similar to Mayweather. Floyd's guarantees for his last two fights have been over $22 million. Pac should be guaranteed something similar.

Instead, Pac is so dumb and uneducated that he allows Michael Koncz and Arum to lead him around by the nose. That is why I have said for the last few weeks that Pac has no business demanding 50 percent of the revenue from Mayweather when he has not been demanding 50 percent from Bob Arum. He didn't get 50 percent of the revenue when he fought Marquez last year. He won't get 50 percent when he fights Timothy Bradley. So he has no business demanding 50 percent from Mayweather. Arum made at least $60 million off of Pac/Marquez III and Pac received a guarantee of $6 million, and probably no more than $4 million in non-guaranteed money. If you take out the rest of the expenses, Arum probably walked away with $40 million from that fight. So, in other words, Arum kept 80 percent of the revenue and Pac had no problem whatsoever with that. But he can't fight for less than 50 percent against Mayweather because $40 million is not enough. He will end up broke and alone if he continues to listen to Arum and Koncz.

it isnt shocking when boxers who grew up poor have tax issues. mayweather, pacquiao, and tyson had issues. f@ck when i reach the next tax bracket i learned some lessons.

I don't think Manny would have cared. Kind of like when he signed with TR and GP. He just wants to fight. He knows he would be paid a lot of money regardless the share or fine print.

I think he would have signed long ago if Bob wasn't in his corner telling him not to.

Either way I hope they find out what the deal is and let it be known to the public and not covered up.....

Pac you are so dumb! I admired you as a boxer but some people in your team took advantages of your generosity and kindness. You need a capable team that know how to handle your finances. ASAP!
