    Yeah, he showed a lot of promiss. But this is his problem. Trainer--Floyd Mayweather Sr. He wouldn't show up for his last fight because Oscar had him on some sort of retainer.
    I cant beleive he hasn't fought in over a year?
    I also heard he wasn't a hard trainer, maybe he gave it up?

      Yeah we were just discussing him in another thread.

      I like that kid, but he never returned after the Leija fight. I think he might have lost some confidence, even though its not like he lost the biggest fight of his career.

      He won it, in his rematch with JC Rubio.

                That kid had it all the physical and technical tools, he just lacked some killer instinct and mental strength. It was like if the corner didnt say go out there and knock him out he wouldnt even though the other guy was at his mercy like Leija.
