Yeah. Me proud to be an ilonggo. Outside of iloilo, i would choose davao. I went there for a team building in pearl farm. Base of the few times we went to the city, im impressed.

and even if these so called discrepancies show manny actually not paying the proper taxes, all it takes is have the accountants do what they do and pay the fines if any.

maybe you guys are making this such an issue because you are thinking with the american mindset with your hellish tax laws that nobody fully understands.

we in the philippines are more fortunate in having more lenient tax laws that allow taxpayers more leeway in adjusting erring tax payments.

Please dude. Since when do people face criminal charges with 2 years of jail for not simply submitting a document. Why would you need to make huge investigation over documents not being submitted. You can either show copys or make new ones. You don't need a investigation for that. Now if you have documents with "Discrepancies" then would require an investigation then investigating if someone submitted a document or not lol....Come dude. Manny could easily get his accountant to submit any papers he needs with in seconds. If that was the case this wouldn't make news. Manny getting criminal tax charges over discrepancies in his tax forms sounds more logical then his facing criminal charges because he forgot to submit a form lol.....Come on dude.
