Would love to see Guzman come back against someone like Victor Cayo, Holt-Coleman winner, or even Theophane. Than, someone like the Alvarado-Herrera winner, Judah-Paris winner, or the Soto-Matthysse winner.

Guzman-Soto II would be a good fight eventually.

if it's not a known name at least he's staying active, that's good to hear imo. hopefully after this though someone gives him a shot. depending on who and how he wins next, he'll deserve it. i'll be looking forward to this. hopefully it's televised, like espn2 again.

I rather see him fight one of the other opponents you mentioned after this stay busy fight.

Judah-Paris is an IBF eliminator, and if Khan wins against Peterson, I think there is enough evidence that he will vacate the titles (might not even pay the IBF sanctioning fee). Guzman is ranked highly by the IBF, so I can see that fight being for the vacant IBF title.

A title is still a bargaining chip and can relaunch him into a Showtime or HBO fight (without it I think he wouldn't be accepted as an opponent by either).

I want to see Guzman vs Brandon Rios at 140. That would be a War!!! I think Joan has enough tricks and Rios is Very hitable. Be one Heck of a Fight.
