Maybe becuase he is not just doing it for one pay day and wants to work on a few things before jumping in with Wlad. Seth still needs to work on his defence if he is to have a chance. It makes sense to get in 4 more fights before fighting Wlad who will also have aged another 12-18months.

Mormeck was just a stay busy fight. Mitchell has potential and with some more fight experience he can become a really good opponent.
