Bradley, but it isn't so much about the opponent as much as it is about Pacquaio. If Pac and May switched their opponent (May vs Brad and Pac vs Cotto), Pacquiao would still have a bigger chance of having an upset loss.

I'd say Bradley because Cotto needed to be at his optimum best have a chance against Floyd, and unfortunately he ain't that same fighter anymore.
