He was......
Aaron Pryor was a beast.....4 that weight class. He called out Leonard at the presser after he K.O.'ed Hearns. He told him he was too little and to sit down because it ws true. Leonard is a top five all-time great in my eyes. Nobody prepared mentally and physically for a big fight like Leonard. Pryor would have gotten K.T.F.O. and quick because he was too little and wasn't smart enough to be in the ring with Leonard. Who would argue with that? A non-realistic fan perhaps but that's all. He told the fans the same thing about Chavez after he K.O.ed a light Heavy named Donnie "The Golden Boy" Lalonde. He said that Although Chavez had a name and was a good fighter, he was also quick to point out that he would be too big and too strong for Chavez. Who would get mad about that? The man was and always will be boxing. He would have knocked his head off. Why don't we focus on fighters who took and pursued smaller fighters; like Hopkins, Jones, and Martinez. Ironically, these are the fighters who this site praises and fails to critisiz them for doing what Leonard wouldn't do. Nobody can touch him in my eyes. I also hold the same type of respect for Whitaker, Nunn, Holyfield, and Hagler.

The truth man..........
I respect Hopkins but the truth is the truth. It's kind of backwards how he ducked Dawson and then all of a sudden, he finally agrees to fight him at this advanced age. It's mind-boggling! Don't expect anything less than a BEATING come April. He will lose and "BAD". LoL. I try to be fair when giving my opinion on Boxing. It's my favorite sport afterall; but sometimes people say the darndest things on here. Like the idiot who claims Leonard ducked Pryor? Aaron Pryor? REALLY? He must be a hater or just non-realistic.

On a promoting standpoint yea that's cool coz it's business, but sucks for the fans.
I'd love to see Rios-Gamboa, but sems like MP won't risk it with Rios. Hence the hold-up.
