How would there be an accurate figure for Pacquiao-Marquez III down to the thousands even?

I think their are missing pacquio fights like Pac-JMM 2 holds the record for LW and below fights at 400K+ ppv, and if I am not mistaken that PAC's first PPV fight was versus EM1 .... PAC-EM 1, 2 & 3 and PAC-MAB 2 .... should be around 200-300K ppv

But according to most, Mayweather only does big PPV's because he has Saul Alvarez on the card, or because he's fighting someone else big.

Mayweather did 1.25 million PPV's with Ortiz, the same number that Manny did with Oscar and Cotto, and 300K more buys than Oscar did with Shane Mosley.

That alone kills that logic. Oscar and Manny would not have done 1.25 million PPV's with Ortiz, sorry. Oscar cracked 1 million PPV's 4 times, and 2 of those times were with Floyd and Manny.

If you ask me, Floyd and Manny have legit claims at being bigger PPV draws than even Oscar was. I know Oscar has the 2.4 million, but Floyd was a part of that too, and did his due to help sell that fight. The most Floyd has sold without Oscar was 1.4 million with Shane and the most Oscar sold without Floyd was 1.4 million with Felix.

If you go strictly on a per fight basis, Floyd is the biggest PPV draw ever.

How did Manny vs Mosley manage to do more than Manny vs Cotto? (Headscratcher)
