Id have to rank pinoys as the worst ever for a whole host of reasons, first of all they only tuned in when manny became big,they know absolutley no boxing history or even how the game works, thats why they overrate their guy to the point of ad nauseum or until your seeing red, secondly they arent very honest their guy gets his butt kicked on worldwide tv and they dont see it , even when he gets exposed and the world calls BS their on their guy.They make up the most ridiculous non-sense of excuses, rememebr the "foot stomping "excuse that goes straight back to them not knowing even the most basic incatracies of the sport.Truth is everyone has their favorites mexicans are fight fans first they buy ppvs regardless of its a latino or not, and more if its a latino , mexicans have a rich boxing history going back a century , pinoys have 3 guys total? Boxing is big in the Philippines. You are right in that they have few boxers that are international stars, but that doesnt mean that they arent great fans and love boxing. Your critizing from a narrow american perspective focused on one boxer. I would not be surprised that Filipinos are bigger boxing fans per capita than Americans.
So no guessing, I'm American. But I have been to the Philippines many times and always see advertisements for fights when I'm there.

hah, when I first watched that I was gonna put that quote in my sig but I never got around to it. I don't know if we are the best fans, British supporters bring a whole band to the arenas man! And British fans in general make the fights more fun with the singing and everything. But I think all boxing fans deserve credit for sticking around a sport which seems to be a dying breed at the moment.
