Who is really clear cut above Haye in the pecking order that you can really get mad about not happening.

If there are no better options that sucks but it is what it is, if Vitali wants to fight that is.

you are right and wrong, yes he doesn't deserve it, yes he should get a win over a top ten fighter first, but yes fighting haye will get vitali more money and exposure than he'd get fighting anybody else. it sums up the current heavyweight division that a guy who was comprehensively beaten by wlad and hasn't fought since is still probably the most exciting fight out there. Weither he deserves it or not this fight at least has some chance of being competitive. The fight I want to see though I don't know if vitali will be retired by the time he is ready is Vitali v seth Mitchell

It might well be competitive or it might be a one sided drumming. We don't know at this stage because Haye's retired and his last fight (the sanctioned one) said nothing good about him at all.

You say it sums up the current division that Haye is still a big attraction, but what would it say about boxing in general if Haye gets rewarded with two big back to back superfights after his recent antics? I could understand if the last fight was in any way competitive or entertaining, but it wasn't and it's certainly not guaranteed that this one would be either.

For goodness sake, why is it even such a big deal that Haye fight a contender first? Are people worried he might lose? Fighting a decent top ten, fifteen guy will allow us to see where exactly Haye stands as regards his chances. If he wins in style it builds up a buzz for the Vitali fight which really wouldn't be present if Haye just leaps straight into the fight off his loss to Wladimir.

I myself am not opposed to the fight not happening ever, I just don't want it to happen without Haye making at least a token effort to earn it. Integrity needs to be maintained here.

I doubt you'll find anyone, even the Klitschko nutjobs, who endorsed that fight. And it was shit anyway, so what's your point?

The point is the kbros and the entire HW division are allbums.

I changed my mind about Kbros being even semi good fighters. They just happen to be bums that grew to be larger then the average bum. Hence using their bigger bodies to squash their smaller siblings.


No offense but I FEEL the Kbros are STILL overhyped. Despite all the hate.
