He didn't have him in a headlock every time. Mormeck would get inside and just stand there with his gloves beside his head and wait for the ref. Many times he had chances throw the right to the body in clinches and didn't even attempt.

If we watched the same fight, Momeck hardly ever got inside on his own because of Wlad's reach. The only times I saw him inside was when Wlad reached out for his head and put him in a headlock, and this was like every 30 seconds. That's why people find the Klitsckos' fights boring - all the grabbing, headlocks, pushing down on the head. Their opponents always seem to spend more time under the Klitsckos' smelly armpits than getting a chance to throw punches.

The issue is not so much whether Alexander clinched or not and, for the record, both Alexander and Maidana clinched although Alexander clinched a few more times at the beginning. The issue is why Alexander was roasted last week but nobody on here is saying anything about Wlad's more blatant fouls. I see why the Klitsckos only fight in Germany - they can get away with anything there.

Just what I wanted to write - Lewis was clinching and pushing down Tyson like hell, of course, Tyson was a much better infighter than Mormeck.
