I dont think Vitali would ko Haye, he cant keep koing people forever he is 40 now.
Could beat haye for sure, but ko probably not, but never know. Haye knows the time when he is going to be stopped and he can go in defensive mode, and has enough wits about him, and ease through to the end without permanent damage.
He has good stamina now, so wont run out of steam like he did against carl thompson.

If Vitali gets an arm injury Haye might actually win.

David Haye Twitter - After hearing Vitali's interview on SKY, I feel he's not been given all the facts by his team about me! As I HAVE already agreed all terms!

Vitali must have said something different to SKY compared to what he said to RTL. He was clear there.

David Haye has claimed Vitali Klitschko has agreed to fight him, while Vitali has also stated he would be happy to face Haye.

David Haye has claimed Vitali Klitschko has agreed to fight him, while the WBC champion has also stated he would be "happy" to face the British fighter.

Haye retired after his points loss to Vitali's brother Wladimir last July, but a return to the ring has been widely expected with the 31-year-old repeatedly stating his desire to fight the older Klitschko sibling.

Haye confronted Vitali about a possible fight before his recent press conference brawl with Dereck Chisora, and now says the Ukrainian has agreed to step into the ring with him.

Haye said on Twitter: "Vitali has just finally agreed to fight me in a live RTL interview!!! He told me I will be his next fight!! Let's Get Ready To Rumble!!!"

Vitali responded in a positive manner when asked about the claims by Sky Sports after Wladimir's victory over Jean-Marc Mormeck in Dusseldorf.

"It would be great - I gave him a proposal many months ago. David Haye thinks he's a world champion, he's not world champion anymore," Vitali said.

With Saturday night giving further proof of the extent to which the Klitschko's dominate the current heavyweight scene, Vitali was in optimistic mood over the brothers' future.

He added: "Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. Maybe in the next couple of months a Klitschko will fight David Haye, it would be a great fight.

"I would be happy to fight David Haye, I would be happy to knock him out."

Vitali will not beat David Haye

If someone as slow as Derick Chisora can land blows on him and even out jab him in some rounds, Haye will be a serious problem. I think Vitali is too old, lacks the defense and it will be a brutal fight and end with a TKO.

If i was Vitalis management i'd advise him not to take the fight for is own health

Haye landed on Wlad and wobbled him, Wlad however is a extremely defensive fighter and faster than his brother.

That they both say they want the fight doesn't mean that it's certain. here again we have Haye playing his old tricks of Hard sell to try to get another completely undeserved huge purse. Just his usual nonsense. Don't you guys remember how adamant he was that he was going to positively and definitely retire on his 31st birthday and that he had a completely new career all arranged, in acting I believe. On top of all this, remember all the spurious caims and falsehoods he made. They guy is a habitual liar, and rarely tells the truth.

In this matter, regardless of what all the mindless dumbos say, Boente is correct, the match has not been signed, and the reason has been given not only by him but also by Klitschko, that Haye wants an impossible guarantee and 50% of the British TV/PPV, having nothing in his favour except that Klitschko is looking for an opponent he hasn't alreay beaten.

                      Shaky logic.

Chisora walked through Vitali's punches and backed him up, that is how he was able to land. Haye doesn't have the chin to walk through any punches, he'll have to rely on Vitali's willingness to come forward and give him opportunities.

Anyway, I think this is just hype, the most telling comment is Vitali saying 'David still thinks he's a world champion' which translates as 'David's asking for too much money and he's not getting it'.
