Why didn't the tallest boxer Julius "The Towering Inferno" Long become HW champion?

Question for those who are saying the Klitschkos are no good and only win because of their size:

Why didn't Julius Long become HW champion? Long is 7'1" tall and has a reach of 90".

Now that Nicolay Valuev is retired, Julius "The Towering Inferno" Long is the tallest currently active boxer.

Valuev is retired.

Long is the tallest CURRENTLY ACTIVE boxer as far as I know.

Interestingly, Valuev's reach (wingspan) is just 85" while Long has a 90" reach. Lennox has a reach of 84" and Grant has a reach of 86", longer than Valuev. Wlad's reach is 81" and Vitali's is 80".

the Klitschkos are on top cause they got sick skills. both of them. if that wasnt the case, guys like Julius Long, Jameel McCline and all them big dudes would have ruled the division and not the Klitschkos. its so obvious to see. only the dumb****s here cant admit it

Probably because he wasn't gifted with athletic ability to go with his size. I'm guessing 0.01% of people the size of Mayweather would have the natural ability to win a title. There's a lot less people the size of the Klitschko's so it's rare for someone so big to come along with the ability to use their size and that size is an advantage.
