Water weight. . . Most boxers go into the final 72-48 hours about 5-8 pounds over, but it's ALL water weight. . They then dehydrate themselves by inhibiting solid and liquid intake until weigh-in. They got rid of all excess fat and bodyweight during training camp.

not just defensive issues, but also his chin isn't that great...

And Salido is by far the best fw Lopez has faced. Lopez's best win is Ponce and that was at 122. Marquez was faded when he faced him and 126 isn't a good weight for Marquez anyways. Salido might not be the best but he's a good solid fighter. The only people that have beat Salido box and keep their range against him. Marquez and Gamboa were smart, because they didn't exchange with Salido. Lopez doesn't have that much boxing ability he will end up on the wrong end of a exchange with Salido.
Everyone knows lopez was slopy and not in his best shape against mtagwa, how about this one, lopez KO the mexican power puncher deleon in just one round, deleon went a good 12 with gamboa, gamboa KO salido...oh and one more lopez reduced marquez mexican cojonez to the size of m&m's

I bet Salido would knock your ass out just like he did Juanma, he made your boy look like a dancing ballerina in that ring, your just calling Salido a bum because you know deep down your just a Dirty ass Mojon that can't take a loss.

Gamboa was pitching a shout-out before the fight was stopped in the eighth due to a cut on Ponce De Leon's forehead.

Salido started his professional career at age 15, a boy amongst men, with no amateur experience. Eight of his eleven losses occurred between the ages of fifteen and twenty-one. Orlando was learning as he went. Salido has lost only to quality fighters since then. He lost a 12 round SD to Cristobal Cruz, a 12 round UD to Juan Manuel Marquez and a 12 round UD to Yuriorkis Gamboa. These are not losses to be ashamed of...and an eighth round TKO over JuanMa Lopez is a nothing to sneeze at. "Siri" is no bum.
