Right now Ward is ducking Bute, he won't even fight Bute in Oakland.

Bute isn't a coward like Ward, he's going to Nottingham. If Ward had fought Froch in Nottingham, he'd deserve some respect. But the pampered baby had to have all his Super Six fights in the US.

If theres any fighter who I see dominating a division, its Ward at SMW. Against both dirrells, froch, kessler, bute, whoever.

And I see him makin a serious run at LH if he so chooses.

He might not be the most exciting fighter, but hes by far the most technically skilled of all the new wave champions.
And I hate using "intangibles" when comparing fighters, but Ward has all of them.

He out-Froch'ed Carl Froch beautifully in a fight everyone thought he was gonna either win on his bike, or lose by Demolition. But he came straight at em and made him look like a f**kin amateur.

The supersix was characterised with the fact that no fighter one in their opponents backyard. Ward was the only one who didn't travel.

Complain to the people who set the tournament up, not Ward.

Because fighting has beens on losing streaks and then being schooled by an old LW champ at WW doesn't warrant a #1 spot!

Ward basically cleaned out his devision and still has good fights left to enhance his mark in his devision.

Lucien Bute v Ward make a great fight. Bute win by decision/late KO

I pick ward if the Ward/Bute fight ever happens.

Ward = proven commodity. He's beaten the best and toughest.

Bute = lucky to have escaped Andrade. One minute more and he would have been KTFO.

Bute is overrated. His best wins come over Miranda and Johnson .. both who were defeated within 11 months of facing Bute.

My money is on Ward.

In fact, I'm pulling for Froch to beat Bute. I don't really care for Froch as a personality, but what I do like about him is that he stepped up to the world stage in like his 24th fight .. meaning he didn't pad his record like some fighters do these days.

Froch believed in himself, worked hard and got to the finals. I like that VERY much about him. Shows character. I hope he stops Bute. It would be just the feather in his cap that he would need to justify facing Kessler or Ward again.
