So the email that Bob Arum sent to ESPN and every other boxing writer that they werent interested in a Mayweather fight didnt happen? The 40 mil dollar offer staight up is not a great offer, anybody with sense can see that Mannys giving up too much, but to pull out completely is a sign to me that TR is not intrested.
You see this in sports all the time, especially in boxing and the NFL. One side puts an offer on the table and the other rejects it and around in circles we go until both sides can come to an agreement. In 2009 TR pulled out of the fight with the 50/50 split on the table so is it really just about the money? I dont think so.
