Well duh, they were trained by different people... but, tysons head movement seems like it is pre-defined in his head. He practices it a million times and repeats the same procedure.

James toney on the other hand Seems like he is able to improvise, he goes with the game and doesnt use his pre ritualed "moves" like tyson does.

      Anybody else notice this?
different body types. mike moved his head to close punch or to not walk straight in when shooting ******* jabs.

toney draws you in with his long arms and counters you. I would imagine toneys weight is just ever so slightly on his back leg whilst Mike's was on his his front

true Tyson was taught 1 way.side to side.Toney is a pure defender and has several ways to evade punches.look at Whitaker,Pep,Locche those are just natural type of defenders with great reflexes

Reflex's refined. But some people just have better reflexes naturally.
Pretty much it, head movement is a learned skill in boxing but the natural reflexive ability will greatly aid this learned skill.
