What are your favorite Bernard Hopkins victories?

    This is my top 3:

Tarver-Hopkins did what Roy Jones Jr. couldn't do, shut Tarver up. Tarver needed to be humbeled as he became increasingly annoying after his victories over a past prime Roy Jones Jr.

Trinidad-People were surprised that Hopkins handled Tito with ease. Hopkins finally got the attention he desrved with his owning of Felix. Peoples eyes were opened that night.

Pavlik-Who really gave B-Hop a chance in this fight? Hopkins proceeded to school Pavlik and show everyone that he still had it.

Actually both Pascal fights which he really won, Pascal is simply not that good and him ever being LWH champ is a product of Dawson having an off night.....it was fun to watch him get exposed.

        Were ppl really saying that?

I was not a member of this forum at the time so don't know for sure but on paper it seemed to me easy for Hop because he usually does well against defenseless aggressive fighters.

alot of people named obvious fights but I loved his fights with Echols & Holmes. Those are some of my favorites. After Holmes, I knew he would kill Tito.

One weird one is the Roy Jones fight. Everyone acts like Jones clowned him but he didnt. That was the toughtest fight Roy had in his career by far until Tarver. I wouldve given anything to see a rematch at 168, e****ally after seeing how Hopkins later won at 175. That tells you he wouldve easily had moved up to 168 back in the day and looked good

It was competitive something like an 8-4 for Roy but I think Roy had much more trouble with Griffin the 1st time. He could easily have been losing up until Griffin took a knee which turned the tide in Roy's favor.
