i think it's a pretty good proposal to be honest.
a fine is "only" money, a ban would have to be long enough to actually keep him out (ie not 6 months or something pathetic), even banning him from the WBC totally isn't such a big deal given the amount of other belts etc.

Chisora isn't bringing in the kind of cash to just brush off all these fines, they sting. Still, if Chisora was mexican, he'd be in a conference with him defending his actions. Hell, Canelo..I'm sorry..his "brother" broke a world champion's jaw. <__<...he came to his defense the very next day and was like "He's not guilty...but we'll pay for his injuries anyway".
