      Keep in mind Dawson only trained four weeks for the bout. Dawson had a lot of personal issues going into the bout, and also had a long layoff. He still looked decent which is a credit to Eddie Muhammad as a trainer.

      He still had a left cross, he was still using his height and reach, he wasn't fighting flat-footed. Dawson looked much better then he did against Hopkins.

          Dawson really exposed himself as a one dimensional fighter incapable of making adjustments in this fight. Pascal was coming at him with that same step around right hand all night, and he never came up with a solution.
