Sergio Martinez is not getting Manny and he probably not going to get Floyd. Floyd can probably get a young guy at 147 and make the same money as he would against Martinez.
I think this is a good fight for both guys. If Williams could pull it off, the 3rd fight with Martinez is a no-brainer and would be worth a lot of money for both fighters.
If Chavez were to pull it off, it would also raise the profile of the Martinez/Chavez Jr. potential clash significantly.
I think Chavez would be too much for Paul to handle at this point in his career especially at 160 where he would give up at least 15 lbs on fight night. JR would just keep coming all night and wear Williams down to the body and possibly stop him late.
