I just watched the fight again last night. I think DeMarco takes the rematch. He made his punches count, while Linares was throwing and landing more. The first time I watched the fight I saw Linares easily outboxing DeMarco until the 5th or 6th round when the cut happened.
After watching it a second time I saw DeMarco making adjustment after the 1st round. He was still losing rounds but I could see him staring to time Linares and get his range. Linares boxed beautifully in the first fight but he was still getting tagged and DeMarcos's punches were more meaningful.
I see the fight playing out similarly to the first. I see Linares slowing down and taking more shots down the stretch and getting stopped again, maybe even by a cut this time.

When I watched the fight, i was amazed by Linares' boxing ability and reflexes, but i was also amazed by demarco's comeback. if linares dont get cut in 2nd match, he wins easily.

I agree but I think Demarco will cut him up regardless in the rematch. I just hope it is not as bad. Linares should box smart in this one. I really think Freddie Roach is not for him.
