No cuz, on july 1 the WBC will implement their new rule of only gaining 10% of the contracted weight of the fight and Junior would had to vacate or lose the title on the scale.

He would had fought lee and Duck Martinez! And contrary to what people think, Chavez Jr's opponent dont get paid that much. So Lee can fight MArtinez for a bit more money anyways!!

He'll be able to hydrate to 176 and then he'll have 12 hours to hydrate 4 more pounds. I don't think the rule is going to be a problem tbh. Or hey, maybe he'll try to lose some actual weight this time.

Anyway, I bet this was Martinez and Sampsons' doing more than Dibella's. Martinez wants the belt right away and so does Andy. Both their managements must be in conflict with Dibella. Since Martinez is the mandatory, Dibella will have to give him first pick.
