You're reasoning is pretty vague. Care to elaborate?

Maidana eats inside fighters for breakfast... He doesn't have to chase them down... it's like a Christmas present... they're right in front of him... like shooting fish in a barrel.

In an ESNEWS video, Maidana said Rios doesn't have power. He said it in a polite way.

Also, a boxer who sparred both Rios and Josesito Lopez said Lopez hits harder than Rios... and Chino ate up Lopez and ****ted him out like nothing.

One of Maidana's and Rios's full time sparring partners said that Rios always gives him harder sparring, i'll try to dig up the video.

Maidana can't go full blast in sparring because he could ruin a fighter just like that. I'm certain he holds back.

Rios, on the other hand, goes hard in sparring to compensate for the lack of one-punch power.

Also, Maidana can box! He outboxed Soto Karass and Broner.

Here's the vid, this guy fights at middleweight, he says out of Maidana, Kelly Pavlik and Rios that Rios was the hardest to spar. There's other vids out there of their sparring partners picking Rios over Maidana if they were ever to fight.

Rios can barely talk. How the hell is he gonna beat Maidana. I can't see Rios beating any top 20 contender at or around 140.

                Chino would retire Rios badly.

Maidana by KO at 140. AT 147, Maidana by late stoppage.

even trying to outbox him can be hard to do since he is constantly just walkign you down...acosta tried to outbox rios and still ended up getting stopped.
Rios doesn't have enough power to beat up Chino. Rios is tailor made for Maidana. Easy fight for the puncher.

                      Chino would stop Rios easily.
