Cotto's last 3 hopeless cause opponents have masked the fact that cotto is not the same fighter he once was. Even in that margarito fight, margs was starting to get to cotto when the fight was stopped. Even against ***ry Foreman i saw cotto get pushed back at times by the light hitting rabbi. Cotto has lost a lot of speed, reflexes, aggression, and durability due to the wars vs margarito and pacquiao.

Ever since Floyd vs Cotto and bradley vs Pac was announced ive seen so many threads trying to perpetrate a fraud of Cotto being better than ever because of the weight. Ive seen threads saying Canelo > Bradley and now Cotto > Bradley.

Bradley right now is top 10 p4p, young, prime, undefeated, ohh and lets not forget the most important qualification for floyd fans; american black. All the things cotto is not. You can spin this fight any way you want, but fighting cotto at 154 doesnt make cotto riskier or more dangerous than the aforementioned Bradley. Cotto was a small welterweight to begin with. He's only 5'7.

Havent people learned anything from mike tyson, henry armstrong and pac?

Size dont win fights. Fighters win fights.

      The bottom line is this:

Floyd vs Cotto is > than Floyd vs Bradley

Manny vs Bradley is > than Manny vs Cotto.

Floyd would be ridiculed for fighting Bradley at 147, not to mention he would completely tool him for the full 12 rds. Cotto is a bigger challenge to Floyd, just the same as Bradley is potentially a greater challenge to Pac at 147 than Cotto.

You're right, Bradley's very solid I think he would edge out a decision of Cotto @ 147. But it won't be easy for either. But Bradley really hasn't faced anyone as good as Cotto.

Pac was gonna fight Alexander but he thought he would risk getting slammed in the face by Bradley since his head is harder than his punch.
****** post, because a fighter is not known, you feel he can't beat a fighter who is??You do know at some point Cotto was unknown right??

its funny how cotto, a fighter who has been seriously hurt in every division he has ever fought in has now become the 2nd coming of julian jackson and mike mccallum because he moved up to 154.

God forbid a young, prime undefeated, top 10 p4p 147 pound fighter who is only 1 inch shorter than cotto and about the same amount of muscle mass if not more go up one division and challenge the suddenly invincible 154 pound cotto.

                      HILARIOUS.
