Cotto's last 3 hopeless cause opponents have masked the fact that cotto is not the same fighter he once was. Even in that margarito fight, margs was starting to get to cotto when the fight was stopped. Even against ***ry Foreman i saw cotto get pushed back at times by the light hitting rabbi. Cotto has lost a lot of speed, reflexes, aggression, and durability due to the wars vs margarito and pacquiao.

Ever since Floyd vs Cotto and bradley vs Pac was announced ive seen so many threads trying to perpetrate a fraud of Cotto being better than ever because of the weight. Ive seen threads saying Canelo > Bradley and now Cotto > Bradley.

Bradley right now is top 10 p4p, young, prime, undefeated, ohh and lets not forget the most important qualification for floyd fans; american black. All the things cotto is not. You can spin this fight any way you want, but fighting cotto at 154 doesnt make cotto riskier or more dangerous than the aforementioned Bradley. Cotto was a small welterweight to begin with. He's only 5'7.

Havent people learned anything from mike tyson, henry armstrong and pac?

Size dont win fights. Fighters win fights.
How can you justify Margarita was getting to Miguel around the time they stopped the fight when the 9th round was one of Miguels best rounds? If anything they saved margaritas eye from being a gory mess.

Who has Bradley beat for you to even say he could beat Cotto? Bradley himself doesnt even have the confidence in his own skills, hence why he turned down the fight with Amir. He showed his true colors to me when he pusssed out.

        Tim vs Cotto RIGHT NOW:

        147- yeah...... 140- definitely..... 154- Hell no

Cottos comp at 154 has been ugh but you have to take in account the weight Bradley would have to put on.... Will he look the same competing at 154 as he has at 140 as far as his speed of hands feet etc??? Doubt it

Bradley pulled out a mediocre win against Alexander

Was an absolute abomination in terms of quality in his only move up to WW against Abregu

Sc****d by a win with Witter

Got a decent win against Peterson, who is still overall...kinda ho-hum

And just fought Joel Casamayor...a 40 year old pot head who's like 2 divisions removed from his best weight...and it took him 8 rounds to do it.

Bradley doesn't belong in ANY conversation in terms of p4p talks. The dude went into hibernation and was afraid to fight Kahn and he got his "ranking" by default. His only move up in weight class and he looked decrepit. I'd take Cotto at age 50 over any version of Tim Bradley. This whole notion that by somehow Peterson escaping with a win over Kahn validated his ducking of him, perpetuated this myth that Bradley deserves to be in the big spotlight

cotto knocks out bucket head all day every day

lol where did you read the part where i said junior witter was a great fighter?

i was talking about bradley facing all TYPES of fighters. Yes witter was at best mediocre but that doesnt change the fact that he employs a slick awkward style of fighting.

Now go you go f*** off and take some reading comprehension classes you clueless ****.

haa... its easy to start righting off cotto now albeit(this thread) but we have overlooked the fact that the p4p best fighter in the world only just refused to fight him again. lets be logical, it'd be a competitive fight at either weight but cotto @ 154

no way bradley beats cotto at 154. not possible, bradley didnt even look that great at ww, i think thats as high as he can go effectively. but i do think bradley is gonna beat pac, didnt before, but now i do.

This isn't even debatable. TS is 100% right.

Bradley would do what Pac did against Margarito. And thats come in light so he will still have his handspeed and footspeed. The last time they put Cotto in there with a faster with good handspeed he got knocked down 3 times and did the michael jackson moonwalk for half the fight and got TKO'd and him wife had to leave the arena.

Now I'm not saying Bradley would beat Cotto as bad as Pac did but he would still win easily.

II think the Ortiz that fought Floyd and the Cotto that fought Margarito beats Bradley who doesn't even have power at JWW let alone WW/JMW....

I'm not hating on Bradley.... I like the guy just not picking him to beat these guys.
